I went there and they said I never made an appointment. While at the time not one patient was there. Then I get in the room and i asked him certain questions and he kept on saying your gonna be FINE! After the attitude and uncomfortable feeling I told him I’m all set. And top of all of it he told me that it was gonna $250 for everything. Then have an attitude again when I told him that the person I talked to said everything will be $175. There was to many uncomfortable situation that had me leaving. I never in my life I have left an appointment. Horrible service never recommended.

I had x-rays done and the dentist didn't even look in my mouth. Told me that I have severe periodontal disease (which I am sure I have). Told me it was going to cost $6000. They would not treat me at all.
The dentist was belittling and beyond rude. I think I would prefer to have my teeth fall out.

Absolutely terrifying. The dentist refused to look in my mouth and then began becoming irritated at me. He took an x-ray and refuses to give me a copy. He took me back to the receptionist and began screaming at me. Even the receptionist looked afraid. He became so irate and told me to leave. Mind you, I hadn't even had my teeth looked at I was in there for no more than 10 mins. This is probably a shell company but definitely a scam.

Horrible and definitely needs to go back to school before is practicing ,, had a root canal done and was the worst I ever had beginning with the fact that every time when they prescribed me medicine was some mistake with my presentation and after he put the filling surprise I had worst pain then I had before I stepped in he's office with is not normal to have any pain after the filling and when back to tell him that and said is everything fine but was not ,, prove that was not fine was a infection I've got after few weeks and he charged me again some cleaning fee another reason to take my money

Please do not waste your time or money going here. I've had two root canals from them, and needed one redone a few years later, and now need another redone. This work is not cheap. It has cost me $4,000 to have the work they performed redone.
On one of the root canals, they only cleaned two of the canals and left one uncleaned. It got infected and caused a great deal of pain and problems with the tooth. If you need expensive work done, please go to a specialist that will perform quality work.

BEWARE! It seems the almighty dollar is the most important agenda here. Only cleaned half of my employees teeth until he could come up with the money owed $170. He has dental insurance (Blue Cross) which should have covered the cost of a dental exam, x-rays and cleaning. The receptionist (obviously new) told me that he had a root canal and a panoramic x-ray! None of which was done. Read the first review.....and then go somewhere else.

When I moved to Providence 10 years ago, I didn't have a dentist. I didn't know where to go. My roommate at the time had been going to Dent Plus and seeing Dr. Karin Martin Phillips whom he ranted and raved about, so I figured upon his suggestion that I'd give her a shot.
I saw Dr. Phillips for a couple of years and she was really great. Very personable, gentle, friendly and explained everything that was going on in my mouth.
I hadn't gone to Dent Plus for a couple of years, my bad... and when I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Phillips, I was told she no longer
