I like to do my research. I called about 10 businesses for maintenance on my tankless water heater. What I liked about Priority plumbing was, firstly, they gave the best price quote. Secondly, Mike the owner spoke to me over the phone, and I could tell he runs an honest business that is not trying to scam you for extra money. My system was newer, and he told me I could probably wait until next year for the service. Or if I just wanted it checked out we could do it this year and he would tell me how much sediment he found so that I'd have a better idea of how often I'd need cleanings moving

I’ve used Priority Plumbing & Heating for multiple services after recently purchasing a new home, the latest being a boiler replacement/conversion from oil to gas. Mike and his team are incredibly professional, responsive, and they do impeccable work. This most recent project was incredibly complex, but Mike really came through with a unique solution! I received this company's business card while at work. A couple months had gone by and I finally decided to reach out to Priority Plumbing. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. By far the most professional plumbing company we have dealt with. Mike the owner is super friendly, professional and helpful. The other Mike and Eric who are employees of the company were also professional, honest, friendly and assisted with our troubles the best way that they could. What I loved most about them is their honesty! This is not a company that is trying to take you for your money.

Mike and his crew of plumbers have been excellent!
They have gotten both jobs done on time and he even worked with national grid to get me a refund that I had no idea existed.
We had 2 service issues (in an old house) last winter and he showed up right away (one time in the middle of the night even) and always clean and professional.
He'll be my plumber for life!

Very professional and reasonable. This hard working trio came out quickly and presented all options. We decided to replace our 35 year old heating system and they made it happen within days. Quality products and workmanship with excellent prices, service, and communication, do yourself a favor and call them first!!
