Now reading these reviews, I completely blame myself for getting scammed. I should've done my due diligence to research prior to getting in business with these people. I'm very small business at a super infant stage and what they did to me almost took down what we started. HIBU is professional SCAMMING at its finest. Nothing good comes from even speaking with these people.

I should looked at the reviews on here before signing up with this company to do some advertising. Horrible experience...over promise and under deliver would be an understatement. When I called to voice my displeasure with the zero results they achieved they opened an internal claim/investigation. Within a day I had an email from them stating they didn't find anything wrong with their service. Shocker!! I'm sure there was no bias there. What a waste of company resources and a huge red flag that a company has to have a team and procedure in place for that. I would most definitely not recommend

DO NOT do business with HIBU. Absolute SCAM. The sales person tells you complete lies after you ask VERY specific questions. Then after you've signed your contract (even though you don't realize you are signing a six month contract) all they do is offer their apologies. I am stuck paying them $300 a month and have had ZERO sales as a result. I'm pretty sure they aren't even running ads, they are just pocketing the money. 19 clicks in one month is a complete JOKE.

A 1-star review because I could not give a negative rating. I went into contract with Hibu for 6 months of social media marketing. The services are $429 per month. Hibu continues to run social media ads representing my business with unapproved and inappropriate photos along with text typos. These same issues are happening continuously even after addressing them several times. Failure on Hibu's end to resolve these issues is damaging to my business and online reputation. Absolutely terrible. We paid them over $2500 and received nothing for our money. They messed up our ad text and took 4 weeks to correct it. We made it clear that we were done after six months and they continued to bill us. Fought us on refunding the payments we hadn't authorized. Don't use them. They are not going to help your business at all. Even after all of the time, effort, and money spent - no new users on our site. Worthless.

I am leaving this review here as I do not trust that Hibu will allow a REAL review to show on their site. BUYER BEWARE. When you sign up for Hibu they commandeer your website (if it exists prior to them taking you on as a client) and they will do what they can to ensure you cannot retrieve it if you decide to leave them... which if you have any sense- you will undoubtedly do. The staff is either unable or unwilling to do their jobs. You will pay hundreds to thousands of dollars for zero return. Your website will be thrown together by a disgruntled employee who may or may not have done any homework

Horrible experience with this company. They were unable to deliver the results they promised with online advertising. My account manager was very involved at first but slowly drifted away; towards the end of my contract he wasn't responding to calls or emails. Like others here have mentioned, I signed up for a 6 month contract, and was never told about the month to month roll over feature they tack on to the end. When I tried to cancel and dispute the additional month of billing, I was essentially ignored. "There's nothing I can do" was all I heard. No one was interested

So we called and cancelled. They said we had to pay one more month because we didn't cancel early enough. We complied and paid them for one more month.
Then they kept charging us. Over and over. We've called them twice more to cancel, AND sent an email AND sent in a written, signed letter ALL saying we were cancelling our contract with them.
We're still getting bills from them

I sign up with Hibu thinking this company could help me with my business but that not the case they like to do lip service and up sale on everything. Which is wrong when they sale you there product they don't tell you have to do google ads at extra charge or social media at extra charge which is not right. They have in by laws you can cancel anytime even though your under there 12 month contract. I have reported them to BBB which got me no way. I want to cancel my contract but in there by laws they say you can but its up to there management team to except it. Why write a 99.00 cancel charge

If I could give a company negative stars this would be the company. I spent 6-7k on digital advertising and got a terrible return on my investment. I will never work with this company again. I'm disgusted. When my contract was up for renewal I obviously cancelled it. The cancellation department said that because my cancellation was not 15 days before the ending of my billing cycle I would have pay for an additional month before the account could cancel.

Since day 1 they have made promises they have yet to deliver and within 3 weeks of our trial we knew we made a grave mistake. Thankfully we created our own top notch website through another company, which allowed us to avoid the headache of having their poor quality website stolen out from under us as soon as the payments stop as has happened to many of the reviewers here.

HIBU has been the shot in the arm our business needed. I was so happy we made the decision to upgrade our website.

After four months of subscription to three of their products, they have delivered NO LEADS at all!
I have considerable experience with pay per click, SEO and campaign marketing and have run a parallel campaign with good results to compare.
Dispite multiple cmplaints there are still no results and to add insult to injury, the company just repeat the contract terms so I have to keep paying for NO RESULTS until the contract expires!
Buyer beware!
