We used them this year In Feb 2018! Our Heat stopped working so we call them and they tell us we need the repair the Heat chamber and it costed us $2700.00 for them to do so.SO we do what they say bc we are new home owners and know nothing about the heat and A/C unit. So here it is Nov 2018 and same problem the heat wont turn on like in Feb when we first called them Bc they told us if we have any problems with the unit to call them! They give us hell on the phone first trying to say the part they replaced was only $700.00 well guess what we kept the receipt so we had our proof! They wanted to charge

My neighbor used them about 4 months ago and they initially appeared professional until i heard there workers use the N word like it was a drink of water. I decided to go talk to the owner to tell him of my concern and when i got there I heard the same thing, the N word used. The company should be named "N'''er Master Technology". Clear racism and no shame about it and no excuses for it.
