Hello, my name is Annette McDaniel and I am the Therapist and Owner at Metamorphosis Counseling and Wellness Services LLC. I believe that everyone has the ability to change, grow and reach their maximum potential if given an opportunity and the resources to do so. My hope is to create an environment in which you will feel comfortable and safe enough to trust me to assist you with your life problems.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Cash, Visa, Master card, Healthcare Flexible Spending debit cards and credit/debit cards are accepted for payment. All payments are due at the time of service.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of that missed session before you can schedule another appointment.
