We called Premier Plumbing about an ongoing issue our family was experiencing with our toilets. I'm sure my experience with them was a rare occurrence; however, the lack of professionalism should be noted. While they did *eventually* fix the problem with the pipes in the lift station, they also caused nearly $1000 worth of damage in my ceiling, leaving a large hole (about a 4 ft diameter). I was told by the plumber to contact him after I received an estimate so that the costs would be covered. After providing them with an estimate for the needed drywall and insulation repairs, I cannot get ahold of anyone competent to help me get to some type of resolution about the damage done to my home

My husband accidently hit an outside faucet with the mower. It broke the faucet and water went everywhere. After the water was shut off to the house I tried to call 2 other plumbers and No One called me back. The next day I called Premier plumbing and they sent out Billy. He was super nice and knew how to fix it for us. Response time was quick and we now have water again. This was on a Sunday morning that he came as well. Thanks Billy for all your hard work.
