We develop fitness, not fighters. Yes, you'll jab, uppercut and kick your way through class, but we believe in a well-rounded approach to working out. Our signature boxing-inspired circuit incorporates kickboxing, cardio, plyometrics, agility, and functional training exercises designed to push you to your personal limits and deliver maximum results.

Expect to leave class feeling sweaty, accomplished and ready to take on the world. I started Jabz because a good friend of mine was going. I had all the excuses. I was intimidated and didn't know what to expect. But the second I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness and everyone was so welcoming.

Not cheerleaders, nor drill sergeants, Jabz coaches seamlessly blend supportive motivation with a little tough love to help you discover your inner fighter. You can trust that our coaches are highly trained - we require that all coaches hold a current personal training or group fitness certification from an accredited organization.
Our knowledgeable team is here to help you every step of your journey. The first few minutes of class play a crucial role in your class experience so we ask that all first time clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled class. This will give you time for a quick tour of the studio and pre-class orientation.

Classes are programmed a year in advance and change daily to keep each workout experience new, challenging, and fun.

Our franchisees come from all sorts of professional backgrounds, but one thing they all have in common is their appreciation for fitness, whether it plays a role in their own lives or those around them.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your reserved class time so that you may purchase gloves (if not bringing your own), meet your coach, and walk through what to expect in class. We are here for you! Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your reserved class (10 if it's your first time) and be sure to check yourself in at the front desk kiosk.

Just had my first workout. Haven’t been to the gym in 3 years and I was so scared. The communication from staff is excellent. Christina made sure to answer all my questions and made me feel so comfortable getting back to the gym. She also modified the workout for me as she worked the room. I cannot wait for my next class. The gym is also so clean and it is a judgement free zone. Workout is for all levels of fitness.

I love it! They modified workouts to my injury. I still complete the circuit around the ring it’s just modified for me! The trainers are so motivated and willing to help you and push you to strengthen your body! Chris has the best energy! Thank you for your assistance and guidance. I am now an official member.
