Crossroads Counseling

I've always been interested in how we grow and develop. As a mother, I found great satisfaction in helping my children achieve and grow into their potential. When they started to leave home, I felt passionate about continuing to help others. Accordingly, I went back to school and became a Clinical Mental Health Counselor.

Perhaps one reason that I am so passionate about helping people achieve their potential is because I know what it is like to feel stuck in survival mode. I also know what it is like to engage in psychotherapy and find a healing space where I could think and feel my way forward again.
