Making an estate plan is a big and important step; a step that no one should take without being informed. Our free estate planning seminars will give you the knowledge you need to help secure your legacy and provide a solid financial future for those you love. We initiated estate planning following a presentation by Sinclair Prosser Attorney Jon Gasior.

We were so impressed, we contracted with them to complete our estate planning. Subsequently, we assembled information on our assets and Sinclair Prosser Gasior did the rest. Correspondence was communicated to our financial institutions and the estate was established. We were very pleased with the courteous manner of the Sinclair Prosser Gasior staff.

During a 20 minute free intro session, couldn't answer any questions about tax laws related to trusts--regular or special need. Trusts are all about taxes. I didn't decide to go with their services.

The firm was helpful when my parents were paying thousands of dollars to have them prepare their Trust, Wills, etc. However, after the death of my father years later, they were not willing to discuss the language they wrote in the Trust saying they could not advise since my mother was now in a different state. A law firm should be able and willing to explain what a paragraph they wrote means, regardless of how another state may then apply it. It was an excuse. Their indication of it not being a simple question, without really discussing it, is offensive. Their "not my problem" attitude

Very professional, we thoroughly appreciated the care Nicole Livingston took to prepare our documents. She asked many questions, helped us solidify our ideas, and expedited the entire process. Her calm and helpful demeanor made planning the two trusts and two wills very easy. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend this law firm. P.S. We are not big fish in a retirement home and think Virginia H's comment was just exactly the opposite of our experience.

Very unprofessional .You call them to try to make an appointment... and they put you on hold to take another call!!! Then they tell you you should have attended one of their seminars, that it's $300 just to have an initial appointment with them. Seems to me they go after big fish in expensive retirement homes and don't care about small sardines in the ocean. The sardine will look for someone else.
