Can I give negative stars? Stillwell estates is where I bought my home and I must say it is some of the worst construction I’ve seen. How many superintendents do you go through? And each one apologized for the cheap labor and materials you use. Also I like your reply about the Florida inspector on another review, I’ve actually seen them get out of his truck and look for 2 minutes then leave so don’t say anything about inspections. Everyone yards are also nasty and it’s because you don’t use any soil just sand. You can water that all day and the grass won’t grow not to mention the landscaper

I wanted to build a forever home and we got it!!! The entire staff treated us like family and I felt that we could come to them for any request or question. Mr and Mrs Henderson were amazing they cared about every detail and sought to give us our dream home. My wife could talk to Mrs Debbie Henderson at any time. This relationship went beyond a simple transaction but felt like they cared. Elisa and Jimmy Chappell were absolutely phenomenal. They were always responsive and attentive to our needs. The process of building a house was seamless and stress free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking

Worst builders in the area. Stillwell estates is the worst. DO NOT BUY!!! The house we bought has had nothing but issues and if you look at there responses on here you can tell they don’t take blame for anything. Notice it’s the inspector or a nail here or there. No it was an entire roof an entire panel that almost caught fire because it was wired wrong tiles broken because the foundation is poured wrong. And yes it was poured wrong and you even changed subs because of it but you won’t take blame. Shame on you Henderson! DONT BUY in Stillwell or any other houses they built

If you are looking for a custom builder, please contact Jimmy Henderson II Construction, they are AMAZING! I cannot imagine getting through the custom building process without them. They made everything so seamless, easy, and as stress free as possible. My husband and I are impressed with not only the quality of their work but also their impeccable customer service that is not often seen these days. I have worked with many builders in my years in real estate, project management and design and there is no one I would recommend more than these guys. Best decision we have ever made!
