I called a week in advance to make sure my insurance was covered and they said yes. I went to the appointment got the work done and was told after that I wasn’t covered. The receptionist was very kind but said she had not heard of HMO and only knew about PPO plans. This error on the office cost me $555. I asked if they could work out the price with me and was told NO. The office never took responsibility for their mistake. Only reason it’s not a 1 star is because Dr. Kapner was kind.

Dr Kapner’s office is the cleanest friendliest office to visit. I brought my 5 year old and 19 month old to also have appointments and it was nothing but kindness. I went to him because almost my entire huge family does, and I was not disappointed. I felt the work was done efficiently and gently...not too much pressure physically on my teeth for cleaning or on accommodating my beliefs in health concerns!
