That being said, I've never had any trouble with the insurance, always received prompt and courteous customer service from Kathy, and a fair price for the product. Insurance should be a "set it and forget it" service until needed, and that's what I get from AIM. Thanks!

I have been with Associated Insurance Managers for twenty plus years (they purchased the insurance company that I was previously with before that) and I have nothing but good things to say about their service. This year we had to re-do all our policies when the underwriter decided not to sell policies in Texas. Janie Garza, our account manager, was VERY helpful in sorting through all the options and working with us to get the best coverage at the best price. She is always responsive and follows through, which is so appreciated. This is important work and she takes pride in getting it done properly

My insurance agent, Ms. Janie Garza was very helpful and patient recently. She helped me step through the transition from my previous company (who decided to stop issuing home/auto insurances to families) to a new company. She did the research and compared quotes. She then spent as much time I needed to explain what I was getting and she went through EVERY potential credit with me to make sure I did not miss anything.
The things that impressed me the most was the TIME she spent answering my questions. She not only answered questions about my insurance policy but took the time to answer other insurance

I think Insurance Managers have some good staff they should be proud of . I want to appreciate the hard work of Christy Hogan in the company. She stand out as a professional with high sense of integrity who will always do all her best for her Client and see to it that her Clients receive the very best service.
