I order 40 mirrors, 40 sanitizer, 40 candles for a baby shower. 40 candy jars, The jars came broken, sanitizer came ugly, mirrors were damage. There is no contact number to reach this company. I have to talk to customer service through email only. There were not willing to help me, no willing to give me free return shipping. It was their fault and didn't help me at all. I have to go to other stores and get all the things. I would never ever recommend this website. Also the customer service guy name Kevin was very ugly, not helpful. Please don't waste your money and time.

I would give this business negative stars due to the negligence of producing the wrong order as well as not replying back to rectify the problem. Several emails, calls and using their chat to get in touch went unanswered. Beware of ordering anything from this company. They will take your money, send you the wrong product and ignore you.

My Finance placed an order for bottle openers as wedding favors on August 6, 2020. We reached out multiple times by email, left a voicemail, and tried to track order online. Now when we call no answering machine and emails kick back. However the vendor had no issue charging our credit card. Even in a pandemic there is a level of professional courtesy that should be extended to your customers.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my order. I was worried that my order wouldn't arrive on time, but I was assured that it would be and it arrived a week in advance. I ordered a product from them online. It arrived on time; however, I was sent 110 of the wrong product. I've been calling their company ALL day, sending emails, trying to talk on live chat, and I even messaged them on Facebook. They have not responded to any of my voicemails or emails. I have been dealing with this since yesterday evening. I had to go ahead and contact the manufacturer MYSELF in order for this to get straightened out. This company is incredibly unprofessional.
