The Law Office of Jason R. Carpenter in suburban Harrisburg is located off Linglestown Road and serves clients throughout all of Central Pennsylvania, including York, Harrisburg, Carlisle, and Lancaster Counties. Additionally, we have a location in Mechanicsburg off Kacey Court.

Harrisburg, including Dauphin, York, Lancaster, and Huntington. Attorney Carpenter considers his practice to what he calls a "Main Street" law office. While focused mostly on divorce, custody, and criminal matters, he always tells his clients to come to him first and "if I cannot do it, I know who can." His aim is to become his client's attorney for life, not just for one specific legal action.
Kelli's passion and drive to help represent those in need gives her a unique quality to have as an Attorney. She became licensed to practice law in May of 2003 with a Middle District Federal Certification. She has been practicing law for 18 years, which has given her the skills and experience needed to help her clients find a solution to their needs accordingly.
So practicing law's what I do, but who I am? I'm a father to three amazing children that keep my wife and I on our toes at all times. I enjoy playing outside with them and helping them with homework (though Common Core can be infuriating at times). I'm an avid reader currently working on a sendup of, and a tribute to, the unreliable female narrator genre (think The Final Gone Girl in the Window on a Train).
Joseph D'Annunzio's diverse work background makes him stand out as an extraordinary Attorney. I could not be happier with the service and work I had with this firm. I especially feel grateful for my attorney, Kathleen Gadalla. She went above and beyond when I needed it most. Edit!! I originally gave this place 5 stars because Kelly was so fast at responding and very professional. However…it is December now and I hadn’t heard anything about my custody case that was signed by both parents in August. Turns out it was signed by the court and done in OCTOBER and they just forgot to send me that information?! Also, my son’s name change was supposed to be included in the price which is why we chose this place originally and now Kelly is saying I have to pay her $1,000 more because it isn’t included?!? Frustrated to say the least. I’m glad the case is done because

I emailed my lawyer on November 11th and then on the 15th asked if they received my first email. I know they received it because I was charged for it. We are now in December and my lawyer still haven’t emailed me or contacted me in anyway. I called in twice to have them give me a call, and still nothing. They take advantage of military members! Since I’m across the country it’s easier for them to just take my money and not work on my case. Instead of hurrying up, they are taking there good old time. The system is broken and so messed up! My son’s father is getting away with a lot of things

Terrible. Corey forgot about my case multiple times. I was charged for phone calls and e-mails checking up on my case, when I had to contact them because my ex husbands lawyer reached out to us to inform us Corey forgot to file yet another document, and I would receive phone calls saying they were returning my phone call.. but I hadn’t called. This case took at least an extra 2 months due to his lack of time management. When I expressed it was taking longer than I was told and he kept forgetting to file paperwork I was told ‘well he has 80 cases he’s overwhelmed’.

Jason Carpenter and his associates are both knowledgeable and great all around in their profession. They made my divorce process go smoothly and effectively.
