DASCO Engineering Corporation was founded in 1963 as a supplier of machined components for the aerospace industry. Today, DASCO is a leader in the machining and assembly of complex, critical structures and components for a wide variety of aerospace programs. DASCO's expertise in machining critical components has led to many long-term contracts on military and commercial aircraft, as well as space programs.

DASCO is a recognized leader in complex machining and supplies major titanium/hard metal structures and assemblies to critical programs in the Aerospace industry. Although Dasco specializes in the machining of titanium, we have a vast array of high speed aluminum machining capabilities and contracts as well.

DASCO produces Aerospace structures and assemblies utilizing state-of-the-art machining technology. We use the latest technology in advanced NC programming and verification software. DASCO is a leader in the industry, utilizing single and multi-spindle 3, 4, 5 and 6-axis gantries. Technology-driven processes have allowed us to manufacture some of the most difficult structures in the industry.

DASCO began business in 1963, primarily producing hinges for the aircraft business. Due to the complexity of our hinge products, it was a natural evolution to advance into other complex aerospace machined structures. DASCO still produces various complexities of hinges to this day, and we proudly support our customers in their hinge/gundrilling needs.

DASCO Engineering's new K6 Facility has the very latest high speed aluminum fabrication equipment. Our state-of-the-art systems can manufacture structures and assemblies up to 165 feet in length and 15 feet wide. Capabilities include skin milled wings, large panels, very large isogrids with CNC Bump Forming, Chords, and Stringers.
