Tom is a very honest and savvy man. He will not steer you wrong, even if it feels like too much. Tim is very loyal and honest. If you trust their work and their word, you'll have a shop you can trust. Zakk works up front and is an excellent sales person, but no one's in the business to rip anyone off. Hope this helps!

I only gave 5 stars because there wasn't 10!!! I broke down on 90 headed home for Christmas, after calling 25 30 different shops in the area they were the only ones willing to help a guy out. After hours of calling/searching for parts they found them and then proceeded to drive 2 hours to get them. Long story short they got me fixed up and I made it home to spend Christmas with my wife and kids. Can't thank you guys enough GREAT SHOP GREAT PEOPLE!!!!!! City of Marengo you are very fortunate to have a shop that if willing to do whatever it takes to get you up and running.

I have used Karstens for both of my vehicles the past year. They have always been great. Yesterday, they outdid themselves. My SUV needed to be towed and they were on the spot in less than 30 minutes. They fixed my problem, stood behind their work and got me in and out the same afternoon. Thats what they do for their customers and why they will always have my business. I truly appreciate their service!
