The heartbreaking time came to sale our Moms & Dads home in Bristol that we as their children called home for 51 years. As you could imagine the emotion surrounding this sale. In addition to all the other wonderful comments that have been posted about Ms Laura McMillan, I would like to add that I was very impressed with the amount of knowledge she had regarding my inspection. When I obtained my inspection report, I was totally overwhelmed and honestly a bit nervous, and because I didn't have much knowledge about any of it, it appeared far worse than it actually was. I was so relieved when Laura informed me that it's all minor and an easy fix. In addition, I was very impressed with how she handled herself with absolute grace and poise when dealing with stressful situations
