I would like to share my experience with Arlet Bridal on November 21, 2021. In order to try on a dress on the weekend, she requires a $40.00 fee. I was charged $40.00 on my credit card before I entered the store (Nov.20). I had made arrangements to be allowed to take pictures of myself in the dress, and she would take a deposit for the dress, if I made a decision (instead of paying the full price to order). When I arrived on Nov. 21 she did have the dress I asked to try on, and suggested other dresses to try on. After trying on 3 dresses, her assistant said they didn't have anything

I believe the exact response from the business owner is a true testimony as to the poor customer service. Yes we are in a global pandemic and as vaccine mandates and masks continue to be implemented this is all the more reason to not turn up your nose at a common allergy sneeze. My sister in law was polite at the time you asked her to leave because she is a polite woman who was embarrassed and caught off guard. Once we got to the car and got the real story she was VERY UPSET. So yes you did ruin MY experience as well as hers. If customer service is what you price yourself in then you should have

Sarah and Lyndsey were incredibly helpful during this once in a life time experience! I was able to come in a little early to set up our food and drinks. They were super attentive and helpful throughout this process! I had no idea of what I wanted and just wanted to try numerous types of dresses and that did exactly that! I ended up finding my dream dress and said yes to the dress! Would definitely recommend coming here and requesting to have them help you find the dress!

I love everything about this bridal store! Thank you Arlette for fitting us in at the time we needed. Walking in to seeing the Welcome Shante sign just melted my heart and then there was Lyndsey the angel who helped my daughter find the perfect dress for her!! I had an amazing time at Arlet! the minute I walked in, there was a personalized greeting. My fitting area was very detailed and private for my party!
Suzie was amazing, she made me feel comfortable and guided me to choose the perfect dress! I am very thankful for having had her as my stylist!

What a wonderful experience! I had such a wonderful time with my stylist Lyndsey, she listened to what I wanted and came up with so many wonderful options that it was initially difficult to choose...until she brought out the ONE. I didn't want to take the dress off! They have THE largest selection of dresses. From beginning to end such a wonderful experience and I just felt like a bride for the very first time. Super helpful over the phone but when I got there I didn't get to try on but one dress that I picked and confirmed they had in the store.
It was very awkward standing in the dressing room too... I tried on 5-6 dresses in total and each time I'd dress out I'd be left in the room while she put the dress back and grabbed a new one. I would have like to been given a robe or advised to bring one maybe. I also don't recommend making an appointment during there last 60-90 minutes of being open so you aren't rushed out in a way. When she mentioned 'last dress' I was

Arrival process was nice and Mary Ann was so friendly, although I feel like the questionnaire asking me which other shops I've been to was a intrusive. I went in with the intention to purchase and Arlet was super helpful over the phone. The dresses they let me try on were great, but when I had to think about the price because it was several hundred above my budget, I did not like that management started to guilt trip me and pressuring me to purchase it. It left me with an icky feeling, I couldn't wait to leave the store and I would certainly never come back or recommend this place to

Well where do o began. I meet Lyndsey at the Corona location and explained the type of wedding dress I was looking for. We booked my appointment for today 9/19/21 and the very 1st dress she picked for me was the winner!!! This dress is now called the official "Alisha Dress". I can't post the pictures here because the world will have to wait until the big day 10/22/22!

I said YES at Arlet's!
I submitted an appt form and heard back a few days later because they were closed. To my surprise they were able to give me an appt ASAP in their Corona boutique. I was ecstatic since this was going to be my very first bridal appt.
Sarah was very sweet and patient to help me find the dress of my dreams, especially because I had to get something from the rack that fit!
As I was trying on dresses, I couldn't help but notice that there was a beautiful dress hanging by the fitting rooms. To my surprise it was way too big, therefore I couldn't try it on.

Omg! If I could, I would give more stars! Everything was phenomenal from start to finish. Arlet has a HUGE selection of gowns, it took my stylist Suzie only five dresses before nailing it with the 5th dress.
I honestly was super nervous about finding, "The One" but Suzie delivered the most perfect dress for my special day. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better stylist and overall awesome experience. I simply can't wait to walk down the aisle to my fiancé.

I just recently said yes to the dress at Arlet Bridal in Riverside, all thanks to the amazing staff who created a wonderful experience. They really know how to make you feel special and somehow know exactly what styles would look best along with incorporating the little details you desire in a dress. Lyndsey was awesome and so was the manager/owner. All the dresses are so beautiful so there is a good chance you’ll find the perfect one! 10/10 for customer service, experience, and selection.

Arlet Bridal was such an amazing Bridal shop. They made everything feel so special, and helped me to find the PERFECT wedding dress. I could not be happier with my experience with them.
