Great massage therapists. Very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly.
However, more are needed, as the few that I prefer are already booked for all of 2022. I’ve only managed to schedule one appointment with one in Ferndale and none in Lynden, my preferred and convenient locations.
Unfortunately, I had to book all my appointments in Belligham, which is out of the way, with a massage therapist I don’t know. I’ll have to wait to see if the inconvenience is worth it.

This is one of the best chiropractic experiences I have ever had (and I have had many). After I was involved in an auto accident and recovering from subsequent spinal surgeries, I have been in need of a qualified chiropractic team to keep me in good health. Their office is professiional, efficient and welcoming and the doctors are skilled and experienced. Since I started seeing them, both my wife and daughter have also started with them. We are very happy with the treatment we get and highly recommend this team.

Dr Hernandez at the Ferndale location is fabulous. She’s kind and will take the time to explain things and answer questions and not make it feel rushed or like she’s too busy. She’s definitely making a difference for me.

I had to cancel my massage due to me not feeling well and I didn’t think I would be able to make it through the appointment without getting sick. They proceeded to charge me a no show fee of $70 because I should have canceled 24 hours in advance. I understand that the therapist possibly missed a client that day during that hour but during times of COVID I would rather be safe and not get people sick. You guys lost 2 patients today.

I found them to be totally dishonest when it comes to cost and billing. I came in for my initial consultation and they contacted my insurance company to confirm the cost to me out of pocket for their care. I agreed to the amount specified and payed in full before every visit. I finished my care with them and then months later they send me a bill for an over $500 more. They did not call me or communicate in any other way. I assumed the bill they sent was a summary of what I had spent and ignored it (which was my mistake). Then a couple of months later they sent me to collections, again without

What a great team! They have been absolutely instrumental in helping me be able to live pain free! I have been able to do things this past year that I never would have attempted due to a back injury from years ago! My only regret is that I didn’t go them right after a ruptured disk in 2004. If I had I could have put that behind me so much sooner!

Don't waste your time-I wasted an hour just waiting!
Awful experience. Slow, no attention to the customers time and need.
The "doctor" (2-3 year degree?) will try to lure you into 3(!) not needed X-rays with high $$$ and extra visits. X-ray machine is obsolete and probably 40 year old too!
Checked other two offices-both are much better with no extra $$$ for the silly xrays and found one I needed. Quick insurance check, evaluation chiro and massage on first visit!
"Natural Way" is the worse one I've seen in 8 years or chiro and massage.

I really do love this practice. The staff is friendly and helpful and the doctors are truly taking a natural approach to my healthcare. I was a patient over a decade ago, and just came back because of recurrent neck and back pain. My son is being treated as well. Sometimes a lifetime of damage takes time to correct, and my family trusts the doctors and staff of Natural Way Chiropractic! Dr. Eddie and Dr. Covey are rock stars!

The front staff alone at the State St office, is worth just stopping in to say “hello”. Those girls are super friendly in person and on the phone. Always smiling. Always superb at their jobs and being human. I’ve only met 1 massage therapist and 1 dr, and I will always go to them. Their service. Their smiles. The fact that each of them make you feel as comfortable on your first visit as your 12th visit. Always such care and empathy and knowledge. Thank you 😊

Good chiropractor for sure but I left because I was in the waiting room and I heard one of the girls at the front desk talking on the phone to a client. When she hung up she was saying not so nice things about the client. I wonder if she does that with other phone calls from clients or if she talks bad about us when we leave. Also she said I couldn't switch from a manual adjustment to the pro adjuster and go back and forth. She was kidding here but the lack of professionalism was not so good.
