I first used Thomas in 2014 when my water heater was leaking & started to flood a section of my basement. Due to the urgency, I called a carpenter friend for a referral since I didn't know of a plumber I could comfortably "trust." Not only did Thomas immediately reply to my call for help, but he adjusted his schedule to accommodate me right away due to the emergency. Knowing how appreciative I was, I expected him to somewhat take advantage by overcharging me. He didn't.
