Madison is a graduate of the Concorde Career College where she completed her degree with a perfect 4.0 GPA, finishing Magna Cum Laude. As a dental assistant, her job is to provide clinical treatment for patients chairside with Dr. Rottman as well as make sure they are completely comfortable and well-informed during their appointments.

The staff is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walk in, I get greeted by my first name ( which is unusual and not pronounced how it is spelled) to having no wait time. The longest I have had to wait is maybe 5 minutes. Then both the dentist and hygienist are great at explaining what they are about to do, use high tech equipment ,are friendly and are excellent at their craft. I would highly recommend them!!!!

This place is a RIP OFF. Received a card in the mail for new patients; $39.00 for exam and Xrays. Supposed to get FREE whitening after exam, xrays, and cleaning and $100.00 gift card toward dental treatment. They charged me a total of $436.00, told me to pay 150.00, with receipt showing $286.00 balance. This is total FALSE ADVERTISING. They will pay hell getting the balance of $286.00. I questioned the receptionist and showed her the card I received in the mail. She could have cared less and told me to pay $150.00. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

They are awesome! Very clean environment and the staff are really caring and welcoming. Dr. Rottman (coolest name for a dentist, imo) is friendly and explained everything to me. Ceci is a GEM, highly competent, knowledgeable, and compassionate! I appreciate that they took their time and were very thorough.

The team at Sachse dental has been great. We Moved to the area in Dec 2019 and was lucky to find a great Dentist and staff. Unfortunately I have had to have 2 crowns, but luckily I have been able to get in quickly and the Dr has always let me know about my options. They come highly recommended from our family.

Love this place! They treat you like family. The staff is friendly and do their best to make you comfortable. Dr. Rottman and everyone are the best. If you are afraid of the dentist, they will change your mind and help you. The office is clean, bright, and spacious. I require a scooter to move around and have plenty of space. Look no further...Dr. Rottman and staff are the best!!

Today Vanessa gave me a deep cleaning. Although skeptical about the numbing medicine she assured me it did work and it did. I was so impressed. Also throughout the procedure she made sure I was comfortable and not I. Pain. What a wonderful hygienist she is!

I love this dentist office more than any dentist I've ever been with.... in my 50-some years....Not only is the doctor personable but also relevant. The hygienist is gentle, talks in a calm voice and doesn't do things without telling me that might hurt. The office staff are very very friendly from the moment I walk in the door until I leave. I love the staff, the environment, the decor, but mostly I love the care. This is a great place for kids or adults!

Dr. Rottman is the best! He will forever be my dentist! He does beautiful work. He takes the time to explain my treatment to me and answers all my questions. Best part of everything is he’s gentle I didn’t even know he gave me a shot 😂.

Dr. Rottman and his staff are the best! Very knowledgeable with state of the art equipment. The office is clean and inviting. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. They take the time to make sure you have a full understanding and answer all your questions. No need to dread going to the dentist any more! I highly recommend Dr. Rottman and his awesome staff.
