We hired them as a consulting company to handle the huge paving project in our HOA in Bellflower. We wanted to completely remove the asphalt and start from scratch. They contacted 5 companies to get bids. They put out the incorrect info to bid on and when the 5 bids came back, there was a $200,000 difference in the prices. It appears that some of the companies were smart enough to realize that the measuring on the bid was incorrect. They also did not tell us that we needed permits from the City of Bellflower. When one of the companies was out inspecting the property, he told me that he knew
