CCI provides professional engineering, construction administration and construction inspection (CACI), and engineering support services to support design and construction of commercial site development and urban linear infrastructure - roadways, runways, bikepaths and water/sewer lines. Our team has been providing consulting services for over 30 years, and has extensive experience in the Utilities and Transportation industries.
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operation (AECO) professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct and manage buildings and infrastructure. At PDBiM, we utilize this 3D model-based process to Plan.
NEXI3 is the Research and Development division of CAD Concepts Incorporated. Our R&D focuses on Next Generation Information Integration Innovations, "NEX-I-3." CCI's strength is integrating the technologies we utilize to drive forward more efficient and effective workflows and processes.

CCI maintains multiple types of certifications, from diversity certifications to software and licenses. See below for more detailed information on the certifications we hold and why they matter. We are a WOSB and a part of the WBENC. CCI also holds certifications as a DBE, WBE/FBE and SBE with 41 certifying agencies nationwide, and we are an approved supplier for the GSA.
