Kurtz Chiropractic in Wilson has been helping patients resume a state of well being since 1994.

Our office participates in most insurance programs. We also accept auto accident and workers compensation cases. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.
Dr. Colin Kurtz has been serving chiropractic patients for the past 19 years. Dr. Kurtz has been Wilsons' first choice as far as a chiropractic physician since 1994. Doctor Kurtz is licensed with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Sunnyvale California. Dr. Kurtz is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Shakita is more than likely the first face you will see when you walk into our office. She is from Elm City NC born and raised and a graduate of Fike High School. She studied at Nash Community and LibertyUniversity. She has been a part of our office for 4 + years. Shakita specializes in patient care, personal injury cases, and our office software systems.

Doc. Kurtz and Doc.Jim give 5 star chiropractic care. We owe our good moods getting out of bed in the morning to them, that’s for sure but even more seriously, our family was hit, head on, by a drunk driver years ago. We came to Doc. Kurtz all banged up, out of alignment and a little apprehensive about being worked on, but unlike the story of Humpty Dumpty, Kurtz WAS able to put us all back together again! We started waking up in less and less pain and without the need for medicines that would only treat the symptom and not the problem.

I wanted to wait before leaving a review because honestly I thought my first appointment assessment was too good to be true. Spoiler alert: it's not! I was greeted with a smile and the whole process of the assessment and then the next few visits were awesome! I have a lot to work through but feel so cared for and comfortable. It's not just about helping my back feel better but they strive to make you want to be overall better and healthy and give the tools for success. I leave feeling better and encouraged from the greeting, adjustment, therapy and scheduling. I'm so thankful this place was recommended

I recently had a disc issue in my lower back which caused severe pain in my leg and foot. The wonderful folks at Kurtz chiropractic have been helping with adjustments and physical therapy over the last few weeks and now I'm back to feeling 100%. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and I definitely recommend the center to anyone looking for chiropractic care.

I was having severe neck pain that was only relieved with narcotics. i called them and was able to get an appt the next day. I went to Kurtz chiropractor today and when I say awesome service and no long wait. I was escorted to the exam room almost immediately and didn’t have to wait a long time for the chiropractor come in. The chiropractor kept me informed on everything he was doing and or going to do and why he was doing it. I couldn’t move my neck much when I went it and when I least I had not all but some major pain relief to where it is tolerable and can move my neck more.

Wow! I had been referred to Dr. Kurtz from a friend after I was not getting the results from my medical Dr. Well, unfortunately I tried another Wilson Chiropractor and was not happy with my results. I had neck pain, headaches and arm numbness. I finally decided to try Dr. Colin Kurtz at Kurtz Chiropractic and I was amazed how fast I responded. I now feel great and have Dr. Kurtz to thank. His staff was knowledgeable and courteous making me feel like I was one of the family,(in fact they said I was now a part of their Family!). I am glad I didnt give up. I now can play with my 3 year old
