We bought a copier 6-7 years ago and everything worked amazingly. Our rep, Jim, came to service to whenever we needed something, and always made it a point to come same day when we had an emergency.
We recently bought a new printer and Jim came to set everything up the very next day! This company has not only met our expectations, but exceeded them each time they come and service our printers!
