She is very intuitive and always seems to know which of my muscles need the most attention. The Tailor Made Massage Session incorporates a blend of light to medium pressure massage modalities* such as Swedish and Therapeutic work, Myofascial Release and less invasive Sports massage techniques. Suitable and customizable for a wide spectrum of needs from very relaxing and restorative to targeting pain and imbalance resulting from everyday stress, high activity, athletic endeavors, or anywhere in between.

Starr is really in tune with how the body works and is interested in what my needs are; she applies that knowledge to give a relaxing and therapeutic massage. I feel like she is sincerely invested in giving me the best experience she possibly can, every single time, and goes the extra mile with suggestions to address issues in between massages. Starr has an in-depth knowledge of pain referral patterns, biomechanics and soft tissue anatomy. She can pin point problem areas and fix them within one or two treatments! She truly loves what she does (which is her gift) and frequently seeks to enhance her bodywork by attending workshops and translating her new knowledge into practice immediately. She is also very personable and genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend her as a massage therapist!

I have to say, my experience here was great! I can't say enough good things about Derek. He did such a great job. I've had other messages but, it seemed like they worried more about signing you up for a membership rather than listening to the reason your there. Derek listened to what I had to say and he went to work on me! The guy does wonders. Not to mention, hes a super cool and nice dude! If you're on the fence about going here, just go. You won't be disappointed.

I loved my visit with Circle of Light Massage. I had a Swedish massage and it was perfect and relaxing. Lacy was my massage therapist, and was amazing. The room I was in was Harry Potter themed, which was a fun dose of whimsy thrown into the whole experience. I'll definitely be back on a regular basis.

Circle of Light Massage is the most user friendly business of its kind in the Lexington, KY area. Simply being able to book your appointment online is light years ahead of other such venues. The site is convenient with ample parking and a clean environment. The staff is friendly and interactive. You don't feel like you are a burden to the masseuse and they are very knowledgeable about their art and offer helpful tips for your daily life. I have been getting massages periodically over the last twenty years, usually just treating myself to one on a rare occasion. I have had many different therapists over these years, but when I discovered Starr at Circle of Light, I quickly became a "regular." That's because her skill is so superb. In fact, I asked her recently if there was some way she could enter a contest for "best massage" because I feel certain that she would win! I've had one massage here so far and I can't wait to have my next one! Ezra was so kind and professional. I explained I was having trouble with my posture from sitting at a desk all day and her technique really helped tremendously. I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders and about ten inches taller after my Tailor Made session! Such a convenient location with a beautiful ambiance its definitely worth checking out!
