Services
We can repair anything from a roof leak or missing shingles to woodworking, and full roof replacement. We have been awarded the Super Service Award by Angie's List 9 years in a row. Not all roofing companies change out all valley flashing and step flashing on chimney's and walls but we do. We only use architectural singles which are more durable than 3 tabs and are the best for adding to the value of your home.
We are your single source for home repair and remodeling. We have helped hundreds of your neighbors with everything from simple repairs and honey-do's to larger remodeling projects including kitchens, baths, hardwood floor refinishing, roofing and sunrooms. We do all of the work ourselves and use Green building methods whenever possible.
Well, as it turns out, if you follow a few rules it will simplify what may seem to be a daunting task. But, as the old shingles have been faded by the sun, the replacement shingles will not match. Until you grow tired of replacing the shingles one by one or a bigger issue presents itself. If you recently had a new roof installed, don't worry about a few granules in the gutters.

Intown Roofing was amazing. Not only was the work world class quality, but it was also completed in record time. They obtained the permits within a day or two and had the entire roof and tresses replaced within a week. Luke and Russ were so easy to work with an willing to answer ANY question I had. I'm beyond thrilled with the work they completed and would not blink at hiring them again or recommending them to family, friends and neighbors.

I had a very positive experience with Intown Roofing for our roof repair. All emails or phone calls were followed promptly with a response from Deb--she was knowledgeable and eager to assist us. The repair itself was smooth and much easier than I had expected. Best of all, the cost was 1/3 of what was quoted by other companies. I really appreciate their work.

I was sitting at my kitchen table for dinner with my family when I felt a drop of water hit my shoulder. At first, I assumed it was one of my daughters transforming her dinner into a projectile, but it turned out to be something much more concerning--a leaking skylight. I called my friend that had recently told me how happy he was with some work he had done at his house on a water damaged bedroom. He recommended Intown Craftsman and I called them that very night.
I received a response the next morning, a phone call from Russ Melton. He assured me a member of the team would arrive soon with an

Intown Roofing has done a great job for us on multiple occasions. They have a wide-range of expertise and we've used them for bigger issues related to our roof and even smaller problems with our garbage disposal. They have always responded quickly and professionally no matter when/what the issue is. I highly recommend this very friendly company for all your roofing/handyman needs!

Intown Craftsman did a terrific job updating our 1939 brick cottage after it had been rented for six years and we were ready to move back in. The house looks incredible and we still get compliments from our neighbors to this day which speaks to the great work Intown did for us. The job was done on budget and on time for the movers to arrive. Two years later everything has held up beautifully.

I had bad leaks in 4 places during heavy rains in July 2018, one close to light and bathroom exhaust fan (electrical), calling several roofing they gave appointments few weeks away. I spoke to Deb at Intown roofing and also explained the situation which I was telling others. Deb was kind enough to schedule an emergency service and sent a technician the next day even though she was booked. They guy came fixed the roof leaks and its been over a month and several heavy rains again after the repair I don't see leaking
I truly appreciate your help Deb and GOD bless you for helping me out. You saved

Be careful if you hire. They upcharged us twice after work got started (once for $1000 and once for $1400) for items that were addressed on the estimate. They were also the most expensive out of three companies considered.
In response to Intown’s reply:
We did pay $600 to fix the hidden trim work. We didn’t feel it was right to pay an additional $1,000 for that and other items addressed in the estimate. As for changing the scope of the project, the recommended paint did not perform as described by Intown. We could not see our way clear to pay an additional $1,400 on a $14,000 job.
