We use the Buffalo Catering Company on a weekly basis (sometimes multiple times weekly). Their delivery is prompt, their customer service is responsive and professional (as well as patient in the event invoices get delayed---oops), and their food is absolutely to-die-for! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for every company event that I can!

Buffalo Catering Company was amazing all around! My husband and I booked them for our wedding and ended up postponing it by a year, due to the pandemic. Throughout it all they were very responsive, accommodating, and understanding. The food was delicious and we received so many compliments from wedding guests. The stuffed pepper mac n cheese and the wine braised pot roast were our favorites! The employees were also amazing during the reception and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. They made our wedding day so special and we are so happy with how everything turned out.

I cannot say enough nice things about Buffalo Catering Company! They went above and beyond for my wedding and it was more than I would have known to ask for. The whole staff was really nice and had a great time along with the guests which makes the whole experience that much better! The food was also EXCELLENT! All I’ve ever wanted for my wedding was a taco bar and theirs is delicious and very reasonably priced! The dessert trays were amazing and they even packed up a box for me and my husband to take home :) Extra special thanks to Ashley who made sure I had all the drinks and food I needed

We contacted The Buffalo Catering Company when we had to change the original wedding plans for my son and daughter-in-law. As we had never had their food in the past, we just hoped everything would be okay. Let me tell you, we were extremely pleased with everything from the service prior to the event until the very end of the event. Julie was extremely helpful throughout our planning and she and her servers did everything they said they would and more to make our event run smoothly. The food was amazing and everyone was talking about how good it was all night and they still are talking. Thanks

Used Buffalo Catering Co. to cater my backyard wedding after we had to pull out from our wedding venue due to Covid - 19. Guests were raving about the food all night and are still talking about it a few weeks after. Julie, the catering sales manager, was responsive and dependable, and the staff we hired to keep the food moving were helpful and attentive throughout the night. The price was definitely reasonable as well!

I had never used The Buffalo Catering Company before, but I needed last minute catering services after having to change our wedding plans this Fall. Julie was absolutely wonderful to work with in planning our event. The food and service for our wedding was absolutely phenomenal! The food was absolutely amazing, so amazing there was hardly any leftovers! All of our guests raved about the food even weeks after. We had chosen beef and salmon as our entrees, and both were cooked to perfection that you didn't even need a knife, let alone a fork! Salmon can sometimes be dry, especially if cooked in advance

The wedding we attended last night was awesome, the food that they brought to the table made it amazing. The beef tips were great along with the sweet potato's, oh and I can't forget to mention the green beans. These people were very professional. I highly recommend giving these people a consideration heck don't call anyone else, you won't be disappointed.

So far everything is going smoothly. It was my daughter's first meeting for her wedding next year. The coordinator is excellent and accommodating. She even brought out the chef to discuss some particulars who also was a pleasure to deal with and offered some very good and worth while suggestions. We are looking forward to the business and relationship that we are about to build.

We have used Buffalo Catering Company for informal events before at our home, but last month was our first time using their services for a more formal affair (cocktail-style.) We were hosting an event for a milestone birthday at the Frank Lloyd Wright Fontana Boathouse, and we were delighted to learn that BCC was the official caterer!

I recently used The Buffalo Catering Co. for a bridal shower. Nicole was fantastic. She helped me with everything. From linens, to silverware to the food. Everything was perfect. They delivered the food, drinks and everything else on time. I highly recommend using this company for any special occasions or any kind of party.
