Following a Real Estate career in Dallas Texas, Darlene Yarbrough relocated to Crestone Colorado in 1994 after coming back and forth to Crestone for 10 years. She has been the Owner/Broker of Darlene Yarbrough Real Estate since 1995. Since then she has fluently handled a diverse range of Real Estate transactions.

We were looking for land in Colorado with views of the Sangre De Christo views and in the foot hills or Valley. We drove from Florida to Colorado to meet with Rick Hart...what a blessing!
We set up a time to meet and Rick was punctual.
He was extremely knowledgeable with the area and he even walked the 4 corners of the 5 acres to restake them for us so we can get a good idea of the land. He was completely honest about all the questions we,asked and was very thorough in explaining the way things work there and about the charming small town of Crestone, CO.

We had a great experience working with both Darlene and Laura. Both really worked to understand what we were looking for in a vacation home and Laura helped us find the one we fell in love with! Laura and Rick of Darlene Yarbrough Real Estate put together an offer on my behalf to buy a wonderful lot in Crestone, Colorado. They provided outstanding support with the massive amount of documentation as well as specific local knowledge and advice.They also remained in contact throughout the offer to the closing to facilitate all the little details, and offer their expertise, as the transaction was moving along. I don't know if I would have been able to close on my dream property without their insight and creativity.
