It's never easy discussing our mortality, but our goal is to give you and your family peace of mind. We don't chase ambulances, but we do strive to get you back to where you were before your injury. Welcome to a Law Office where you're a part of our family, not just a case file and some dollar signs.

Many Law Offices these days serve more as a glorified judicial feed lot or cattle call. I can't tell you number of times I've had folks tell me about experiences with attorneys being very impersonal and almost clinical. Stories of seeing the attorney that they initially signed up with only once or twice over the course of representation.

The state of Texas is very serious when it comes to drinking and driving such that every other state in the United States labels the charge as Driving Under the Influence, however Texas calls it Driving While Intoxicated.
In the state of Texas a DWI two charge can result in very grave consequences to your criminal record and mental well being. The legal outcomes from a second DWI arrest are longer jail time, higher court costs, more community service, additional DWI education classes, and much longer probation compared to that of a DWI one case.

Zac and his team (Shelly) were amazing, very responsive to our questions and professional. This case wasn’t his typical wheelhouse but they took on our adoption and handled everything for us from start to finish. Navigating adoption for LGBTQ couples isn’t easy and the lawyers we met with before Zac made us feel like we weren’t “normal”, but we never felt like that again after we started working with Zac and Shelly!
