Working with the Belland Team on our purchase, everything was smooth and efficient. They anticipated each step and were prepared for everything. They were also always easy to reach with any questions. Since there are three of them it’s usually easy to reach someone immediately, and they do a great job of communicating. 2021 was a crazy year, between buying a fixer-upper and preparing our previous home for sale. We are very grateful that The Belland Team was there every step of the way through the buying and selling process. They offered great advice when making an offer on our current house and again came through with the sale of our previous home later in the year. I still can’t believe we had 25 showings and 5 offers within several days of our previous home going on the market!

If you need a realtor to sell your house these are the people to have. My house was sold and finalized within 30 days. I was so impressed they were showing the house only a few hours after it was listed and we had an accepted offer within 3 days. The people were so nice and accommodating I wouldn't use anyone else going forward.
