Peter Decker, III focuses his practice on criminal, traffic, and personal injury. He regularly practices in the General District, Juvenile and Domestic Relations, and Circuit Courts of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Hampton, Suffolk and Newport News. Pete provides representation at multiple states of the criminal process including preliminary hearings, bond hearings, and jury trials.
Larry Cardon has been representing clients for over 40 years in various areas of the law including personal injury, criminal defense, and traffic defense.
Larry spends much of his time in the Virginia Beach General District Court, Virginia Beach Circuit Court, and Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court defending those who have been charged with crimes and offenses including speeding tickets, driving under the influence (driving while intoxicated), assault and battery, possession of marijuana, drug offenses, homicide, and sex offenses (including rape, sodomy, exposure, and soliciting over the computer).

If you want to have someone tell you to settle on what the prosecutor is going to do because they appear to be buddy buddy and visually rubbing elbows with everyone who stands against you, then waste your 2K + on Pete Decker lll. When it came time to go to court he told me to settle for the outcome. The end result of this was the loss of my 15 year career! He allowed the prosecution to slander my character while I stand in uniform with not a single objection! He allowed the prosecution to announce false statements on the veterans and active duty members of our Commonwealth and again, not a single
