So your feet feel like you've been stepping on Legos all day, your back feels like you were wrestling with a pair of Stormtroopers, and you've got a migraine that feels as impenetrable as the gates of Mordor. If your quest for pain relief has left you frustrated and you're still sore, you should consider long-term massage therapy!
Contrary to popular belief, massage doesn't have to hurt in order to work. I look at it as ironing out your muscles, not jamming elbows and knuckles into knots and trigger points. My approach is less painful than the kinds of massage you're probably familiar with but is just as effective.

She worked on the exact spots in my back and neck that needed it. She is great at relieving tension without transferring it to other parts of your body. This massage experience was much more personal and therapeutic than ones I have had at massage franchises before and the price was comparable. I would rather my money go to the massage therapist rather than a big company. Overall, it was a great experience.

I saw Beth for a relaxing massage, as I have been under great stress and struggling with grief from the passing of my father. I booked a 45-minute focused massage, asking her to work on my back, shoulders, and neck. She used long slow stokes with firm pressure, facilitating relaxation. She checked with me to make sure the pressure was correct, making sure I received what I wanted. She provided not only what I wanted and needed, but more. I left much more relaxed, and not just my muscles. I felt my depression and grief had lifted some, sort of like I had received a massage to my soul. I don't give
