In 2014, HPA acquired a portfolio (~265,000 square feet) located on St. Joseph Health Mission Hospital campus in Mission Viejo, CA, considered one of the largest master-planned communities ever built under a single project in the United States. In 2011, the building opened doors to a state of the art medical office in Yorba Linda, CA.
