Prior to representing Georgia's working class, Bryan Ramos was trained by one of the largest workers' compensation defense firms in Georgia. There, Mr. Ramos represented many large self-insured and insurance carriers. However, Mr. Ramos' identified better with the injured workers rather than the large insurance companies and decided to represent their interests instead in 2005.

Getting hurt was bad enough, but having to deal with all the medical and related workers compensation issues made me crazy. I didn't know what to do or what was even available to me. I started asking a couple of friends their opinions and they suggested that I hire an attorney. My friend suggested the Ramos law firm. So I called and set up a meeting and boy I am glad I did. Their staff is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Mr. Ramos knew my questions before I even expressed them. They walked me through the entire process. No one wants to sue somebody. At least I didn't. I just wanted to have my medical paid and be done with my injury. The insurance company offered me a low settlement and was refusing my surgery and subsequent treatment. I did not want to get a lawyer, but felt I had no choice. Bryan was great from the beginning. He is friendly and diligent. Gail was the real shining star for me. She basically held my hand through the whole thing (because I needed her to!).
