Services
PK Housing & Management currently manages a varied portfolio of both affordable and conventional multifamily housing comprising approximately 130 developments and over 4,000 units in the states of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri and Texas. Of the developments that we manage, over 100 are owned by PK and less than 10 are third-party management.
PK Development Group (PKD) was formed in 2006 to accommodate the growing capacity of the company in the development business.
Through PKD, we have found our most fruitful growth opportunities and successful development projects through three methods: creatively using a multitude of financing programs, expanding our geographic footprint into new states across the country, and forming very strategic partnerships with both for-profit and nonprofit organizations with which we share a common vision and principles.

Our employees are like family to us at PK. We strive to keep our employees with benefits and compensation that are competitive in the industry, and we strive to have that personal touch by interacting with our on-site personnel. Our annual training meetings include a couple of days of training regarding up-to-the-minute issues and topics in housing and a dinner to celebrate all of our great staff.
Our corporate office houses our management and accounting team, as well as our construction and development services divisions. Our corporate team is dedicated to caring for the needs of our residents and owners. We are located in Okemos, Michigan, on Hamilton Road and are available to assist you with any of your questions Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm(EST).

Total lack of concern for tenant safety, and will not fix problems; now blaming on overworked maint. guy and COVID!!
snowed in 3 times this winter, but nobody came to dig us out for work, and the neighbor had to do it!! half dozen Apts have NO storm doors!! when I mentioned that, I was told STORM doors are for summer!! really???
we may as well be living in an inner city slum...that's how we r treated!!
I am 74 and disabled, and this morning I slipped on ice in front of my door and fell!!!
it was after 9am, plenty of time for someone to have salted
our complex is in a very small town in

PK Housing and their entire managemt team are nothing but Slumlords. They treat their tenants like garbage and use intimidation tactics to keep them quiet. PK runs government subsidised properties but most of their handicap appartments are not even close to code. If you have a loved one who is handicaped or elderly keep them away from PK Housing managed properties.
The definition of Slumlord is a landlord of slum property, especially one who profiteers. That is the exact definition PK Housing & Management. Yelp does not have a rating low enough for these slumlords and the people who work for
