RESPONSE to staff ……NO I did NOT ask for highlights, According to Lawrence himself, he did NOT do any coloring treatments to the face frame of the wig. This only confirms the poor communication. I asked for low lights to the lower underneath area ( which is the only thing that works on wigs per your advice ). I did come back three times because he did them in the wrong areas. One of my Arguments was he touched the front frame. This is why the hair is falling out. Desperate to correct I let him work on it again Once returned from Lawrence, it was still wrong. I had no choice but to take the

I first put a 1-star because I was so disappointed in the color of my topper … Lawrence called me to see why I was displeased . I mailed it back to him from Louisiana and he did a great job on the color and said he would do whatever was needed to make me Happy. I am pleased and he was professional. So doing business with Lawrence in West Palm turned out to be a positive thing after all. Thank you Lawrence for understanding me being anxious and pulling through .

I had been losing my hair for almost two years to stress and Androgenic Alopecia. After searching locally with no relief, I desperately took a chance to drive 3 hours to see these wonderful ladies. I was so stressed about my daughter's wedding. Medication I had been on for 2.5 years left me with hair that made me not want to be seen in public. LNY came to my rescue and you all are my angels. I took my mom, who is currently a chemo patient, to this boutique and had the best experience choosing and purchasing a wig! We worked with Kathleen and Mary and they were absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. They made my mom feel very comfortable and went above and beyond our expectations! I came with a friend as a new wig wearer to cover my colored hair for work. Mary was exceptional! She was so knowledgeable, patient and kind... I ended up not buying a wig because I wanted to shop around. In the long run I decided just to go ahead and re-dye my hair instead of buying a wig. But when I am ready to buy one I will definitely be coming here and we're referring all my friends here. I like that the shop was nice small and quaint. The wigs are absolutely beautiful and the prices are not bad. I hope this place does great because she was wonderful. Anyone who needs a wig go see Mary!!!

Met with Lawrence yesterday at LNY Hair salon to look for a wig with my wife. Enjoyed the entire experience. Lawrence is an extremely caring individual with a lot of experience. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my wife. Went to purchase one wig and walked out with three. No pressure to buy anything, but Laurence's knowledge of wigs was extremely helpful. He didn't push to buy anything, I just liked the wigs so much which were reasonably priced that I bought three that she could wear at different times. Thanks again Lawrence!
