In 1989, my father purchased his first business - Advanced Cleaning Systems. As his only son, I was "encouraged" to work with him often on weekends. I learned to develop the skills needed to perform such work as office cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, etc. While I didn't always enjoy it, I truly learned the value of hard work and customer service at a young age.
Cleaning and maintaining your floor's appearance - whether ceramic, concrete, linoleum, hardwood, tile, or vinyl composite floors, as well as provide a nice shine after the cleaning. We specialize in exterior hardscape pressure-washing - to remove dirt, oil, moss, graffiti, and a variety of other stains from sidewalks, driveways, and outdoor staircases.
As with clothing, household items, and anything else we use on a regular basis, carpets and upholstery can allergens, bacteria, dirt, and dust over time and need to be given thorough, regular cleanings. Even carpets and upholstery that appear new may be hiding invisible contaminants that are released into the air we breathe everyday.
Cleaning and maintaining your floor's appearance can be a hardy task, regardless of the type of floor you have. Dirt can easily get in between cracks and crevices, while getting them out is nearly impossible with regular sweeping and mopping.

Advanced Cleaning Systems is pleased to say we have the tools to easily deep clean of any type of floor surface you have, whether it is ceramic, concrete, linoleum, hardwood, tile, or vinyl composite floors, as well as provide a nice shine after the cleaning. We will identify and recommend the proper cleaning procedure for whichever type you have.
