When a judge issues a decision that contains mistakes of fact or does not apply the law fairly, its your right to file an appeal. It is important to remember that a legal document called a "Notice of Appeal" must be filed within 30 days of the court decision you want to appeal. If you miss that deadline, the right to file an appeal may be lost.

Bruce Guttman the worst possible lawyer ever... this guy could care less about you in any possible way he wants your money, he'll fall asleep in the courtroom , I remember that day wake up Bruce! If you've given this man money, run fast get out leave your money behind your better off,

Love this firm! I was referred to them by a friend who had been through the court system for many years and he said out of all the lawyers he has worked with they are his favorite and I can certaintly see why. They really do care about you and your children. The one thing I can't say enough about them is that they responsive! You definately can't say that about too many lawyers. I would highly recommend them to anyone of my friends and family to use.
