Our roofing division recently worked with this homeowner to replace their residence's existing tile roof. Once approved of and contracted, we went to work removing the existing tile and roof underlayment. Once removed and inspected, our team replaced any damaged/deteriorated decking and re-nailed to meet the proper hurricane mitigation code.

Jamie Hagy answered every call, text and met me at property for questions. First Service tore off old roof and put new roof on. The crews picked up after themselves and had the property completed very efficiently! Overall, very happy with First Service Roofing!

The job was completed at lightning speed & the roof looks spectacular. The staff was incredibly courteous and left my property cleaner than before they got there. What a fantastic bunch of people. We used First Service for new roof installation as well as interior painting. We were extremely satisfied with not only the quality of work but also their professionalism. Jami Hagy was on top of everything. Her ability to communicate with us was outstanding. All work was done in a timely manner. The young men installing the roof were very polite and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after each work day. We would definitely recommend this company for any of your roofing/painting needs.

We live in a gated community where very many roofs were being replaced. I had the opportunity to observe many different roofing companies do their work. These companies would remove tiles, tar and paper the roof, then it would be a week or two before tiles would go on.
First Service did NOT do that. Tiles were removed, 3 days later tiles were replaced, 3 days later roof completed beautifully, 3 days later a full crew were there to "button up" even power washing the driveway !
The office staff was also a joy to work with. Jami called while workers were there to insure that we were informed and

We have a real estate company (Priceless Realty) and building company (Lauren Homes) and have used First Service as a vendor for many years. We are very happy with their professional staff and service. They have repainted several properties that we manage and also done roof repair. On the new construction side (Lauren Homes) we have used First Service for both tile and shingle roofs. They also have done some new construction painting for us. Great local company and they stand behind their work.
