In August of 2000, the law firm of Little, Oliver & Gallagher, PLLC was opened in Ardmore, Oklahoma by Scott Gallagher and Dan Little. Scott and Dan were soon joined by their longtime friend, Steve Oliver. Scott graduated high school from Kingston, Oklahoma. He attended the University of Oklahoma majoring in Mathematics and attended law school at OU as well. Scott graduated law school with highest honors (summa cum laude), ranking 8th in his class. He was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review, Order of the Coif, American Indian Law Review and received the AMJUR award for the highest score in Corporations.

Me and my husband were in a accident Jan of 2019 then me and my niece and daughter had another wreck 6 mo later! BOTH WERE OTHERS FAULT! The ins companies refused to pay us so I hired Scott! Scott and Steve are caring honest men which is rare, they sincerely care about your problems and your family they called Almost on a daily basis to check on us over four months to see if we were okay, or needed anything,and they sent my daughter a whole bunch of flowers and balloons and stuffed animals and stuff when she got home!L from surgery.Thank you also to Lucy!!
