The Ashton Company, Inc., Contractors and Engineers, was founded by Harold Ashton, a son of Armenian immigrants, who came to America in search of opportunity and a determination to succeed. He was raised in that spirit and believed anything was possible. His philosophy was "never quit, strive until you succeed".

A significant advantage for clients is that The Ashton Company, Inc. has professionals on staff that virtually builds the project as it is being estimated. There is very little that hasn't been considered by the time the estimate is complete - thereby eliminating a great deal of uncertainty for the client.

Sidney Poitier starred in “Lilies of the Field” in 1963. This film included many shots of Ashton Company. As a born and bred Arizonan, it made me proud to know that this incredible American actor starred in this movie in my home state and featured such an important company as Ashton.

Trash company I will never work for Ashton again they mess up with peoples hours they don’t give paid holidays to get pto you have to be there a full year they never offer raises but expect you to kill your self so Chris rogers can keep making more money but never give the little guys bonuses stay away from this company you will hate working there everyday
