Three technicians arrived on time and quickly determined my problems. I was told about optional means of repair and the costs and time. Then they proceeded quickly to fix everything in a short time. After, they cleaned up everything!

I have used Craig’s Services many times over the years for replacing and servicing my furnace and AC. I trust them and I was so grateful to realize they also do plumbing when I recently had some plumbing issues in my home.
Jeremy has been so great to come and make suggestions in what would be best in making sure I don’t have more plumbing issues to worry about. It’s always good to know I have people who not only do excellent work, but to also have people that I can trust in my home.

The first snow of the year coincided with our 30 year old furnace giving up the ghost. Never a thrill in the run up to the Holidays. We contacted Craigs and spoke with Jackie who took care of getting our service rep out as soon as she could. Evan arrived the next morning gave excellent advice, explained what had happened to our furnace and presented us with all our options. He included everything in the cost of the project and why and created trust through knowledge. We completely recommend Craig's and are looking forward to central heat again

Called to have a water heater replaced. Evan explained all my options and the pros and cons of each. On install day, Evan and Jeremy were on time, clean, and prompt. They left our utility room looking better than before the install. They ensured we were satisfied and even came out the next day to rectify an issue. Will definitely be using Craig's again for any future needs.

We came home from being out of town and our home was over 90 degrees inside. Craigs service was the first place we called as our neighbors had just used them. The person that answered said they would have a service person to our home in about 30 minutes. James arrived shortly after. He was professional and knowledgeable. With the age of our home the best option was to replace our AC and furnace. James clearly explained our options and helped us decide what was best for our home and budget. The next morning James came back and the furnace was Installed. Due to needing to order our AC unit they installed

We have had the guys at Craig's out several times due to an old air conditioner and furnace. They were always quick to respond and get things up and going. We decided to take the plunge the beginning of Jan. and replace both units. They were knowledgeable and we didn't feel like they were trying to up-sale. They were honest with our options and what we needed. The install was involved and a big project with a lot of people in and out, I never felt uncomfortable or invaded. They were respectful and friendly. We highly recommend them!

Wow! I just found them through a google search and called to see if they could come and check my air conditioner since it seemed to be struggling. They were at my house a few hours later. Adam and his helper were super nice and cheerful. I will definitely be calling them in the future when I need help with heating and cooling!! They were awesome.

Last week my A/C went out during a very hot few days and I called Bryan at Craig's Appliance. He came out and determined that I needed a new A/C and furnace. His bids went from 8K to 20K. The higher amount seemed extremely high, so I settled for the $8000 bid, which would get me a bottom of the line, 80% efficiency furnace and A/C compressor and signed the agreement. The next day, we had a major medical emergency come up and I decided to postpone everything. Bryan then pointed out that if I didn't move forward with the agreement I had signed, it included in the fine print a 25% restocking

After working with this company to install a new a/c, I must say that I am extremely impressed. Bryan is courteous and prompt; he also gave me his cell phone number which, I think, is unheard of. His quote for a new a/c was much lower than Scott Hale; and once we decided to pull the trigger and get a new a/c, they were able to install it the next day. Start to finish, they were here about 4 hours. If we need any future heating or cooling repairs/replacements, I know who to call first!

I had Craig's come and look at my A/C in my office building last year. The A/C has consistently had problems and never worked well. Every year we try someone new to see if we can get a more permanent fix without spending thousands of dollars to replace it and every year it fails to work. Two guys from Craig's came out that were extremely professional and even better, on time. They knew what they were doing and were able to find the problem and fix it.
