I placed my contact info into 4 different roofing companies one night after work as I needed my shingles replaced. Shaun Bloomquist called me back the next day. Scheduled an appointment based on my schedule. Came to my house to go over the different options and gave me a quote the next day. As I was aware I needed a new roof I had been investigating for several months so already knew the price was competitive. Replacement was scheduled. I was told up front there could be delays due to weather and there was, but this was communicated to me as soon as it was known. The crew was respectful of my property

Over time I have lost several shingles on my roof to wind storms. I contacted Chris with roof doctors for repair of those shingles. He took a sample piece and went out and found the perfect match to replace the shingles I had lost, previously installed by a different company. When Chris showed up, not only was he professional, he was efficient and the job he did was seamless! I was completely unable to tell where the repairs were done. They identified a dead-zone (where water will pool up due to lack of proper slope) on our roof and provided details on how they would resolve it at an affordable cost. 5 star service, affordability, timely and all around great experience. After several bids, I had hired Greg from Raintight Roofing to repair a leak and some other updating that needed to be done but winter came & still a leak. After a couple "repairs", 7 months & other mishaps from RR, I called Roof Doctor. Needless to say the leak finally got fixed and even in the same week! These guys do great work, are honest & were awesome to work with.

They did a bang up job for a fair price. I appreciated their attention to detail. They did as much inspection as possible before giving me the estimate to ensure it would be complete with everything needed. There's only so much you can see before the old shingles come off, however, but at that point they were very honest and fair about the condition of the wood underneath. Turns out I was pretty fortunate that I only needed a couple of small repairs to the deck. They didn't try to gouge me for more than was actually needed, but they also didn't just slap new shingles over a damaged

Over the course of 3 weeks I called the Roof Doctor 3 times (left messages each time) and contacted them via their online contact form once. I did not receive a single return phone call or email from them. If they're busy the courteous thing to do would be to call back and say so, not just ignore my calls. Super frustrated, since our neighbors used them and loved them and I wanted to avoid the estimate process and just have someone I could trust come fix it. Too bad they never called me back... Just really inconsiderate and unprofessional. Wouldn't use them now if they did call back.

These guys were great! I called The Roof Doctor to get a bid for a complete new roof that would eliminate our turtle vents and add a ridge vent. Cory called me back with in a day and was able to come out within a couple day time frame and give us a bid on the roof.
They're not the cheapest bid I received, but there craftsmanship and professionalism are fantastic and well worth the cost. They were booked out about four weeks, but asked if they could call and fit us in last minute between jobs due to our house being on the smaller side they could knock it out in a two day time frame.
