I have represented parents through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children before State courts in actions brought under "The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction", and I represented numerous clients in parental rights cases through the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (formerly known as Division of Youth and Family Services).
