Ken has responded to my complete and partial plumbing disasters over many years and this review is LONG overdue. Ken is easy to get along with and has worked with me in any number of strange situations--the geyser flowing from the lawn sprinkler, the pipe that leaked into the downstairs neighbor's apartment, the world's-most-backed-up sink drain ever. Recommend him completely.

Ken takes his plumbing business very seriously. He is on time, every time. We upgraded our kitchen sink to a large single drain. This helped solve a space issue under the sink. Ken was able to reroute the plumbing to make room for a slide out trash can. Proper plumbing is a thing of beauty, and Ken is the artist.

Call Ken Duplex for the best plumber in all of Idaho. My mom and I moved into the Meridian ID area about a year ago and needed someone to help hook up our fridge and washer dryer. Ken came to our rescue on a referral from our Real Estate agent Mike Pennington. He has a very good nature and personality. He knows what he is doing, does what he say he is going to do, shows up when he say he will and understands great customer service. What impressed me most is he goes above and beyond. We needed help with some other house related things and he was happy to help, at the time we were going through
