A skilled skincare expert will briefly examine your skin and discuss key factors such as sensitivities, diet and current product use.

I’m a CrossFit athlete and have been in the sport for 5 years. I have frequent muscle soreness and sometimes a very stiff neck from an older injury (not CrossFit related). I met Jeff years ago and after my first massage, I never went anywhere else. He is constantly doing research and improving his practice. If you have a question, he can answer it. He is incredibly knowledgeable and gives great recommendations and stretches to do at home to help prevent injury or to help relieve pain in certain areas. If you have aches and pains and need relief, I can guarantee you this is the place for you.

Cassandra is awesome! I am very new to waxing and am slightly self-conscious. I was worried the experience might be a little uncomfortable but it wasn't at all (except for the waxing itself, which is a little painful). Cassandra made me feel completely comfortable. She is also much better at waxing then anyone I know. She uses techniques to make the process as painless as possible and talks to you about aftercare as well. I highly recommend them!
