VNA Community Healthcare & Hospice's rehabilitation team brings a personalized mobile health center to your home. Our physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists are part of the rehabilitation team that evaluates your needs and create a custom care plan to help you heal faster and get back to the things you love doing.
Our social workers have extensive experience with individual counseling, family dynamics and the healthcare system and are available to help those facing stress from an illness or disability, facing challenges with transportation or struggling to find ways to pay for care. Your doctor will give us medical orders and oversee your care.

My vna nurse Laura Pantani was amazing. Nost supportive,helpful,smart,caring, sweet, compassionate and loving nurse i have ever had in my life and god knows i have had ALOT. I HIGHLY recommend her and def grateful she works for you guys and had her help me. Im actually sad that i dont need her anymore . She is Is genuinely a great person !

I used to work for this company. I busted my butt for them. I also transalted when needed because i speak Italian. They are not a great company to work for. They let aides with drug issues work for them and they steele. I have heard alot and they do nothing about. East Haven person favors certain girls so others went without hours. I do not recommend them at all!!!!
