Run, don't walk away from this dangerous "professional." I contracted him for what should have been a simple job of installing an instant hot water faucet. Except, Steve didn't tighten the valves under the sink correctly, there was a big leak, and now my entire kitchen island cabinetry was removed for water damage. And he's fighting it, saying that the leak coincided with a break in my "old" faucet (a Kholer purchased and installed less than a year ago) and lying to his insurance company. Not a guy you want to do business with.

You wont find a better guy than Steve. He is professional and knowledgeable. We had a leak in front yard near faucet. Steve was done in an hour and offered advice on other do-it-yourself repairs for us. His prices are very reasonable. This was the second job Steve has done for us. We highly recommend him.

Overall a mixed bag.
I went to them to install a leaking pressure regulator on the main water line. They provided a much better quote on the job than any other plumbers in the area. They also did a great job on the install but never adjusted the pressure valve correctly.
Fast forward and I called them back out to fix it. The new plumber that came out proceeded to fix a leaky faucet handle which I never asked to be fixed and charged me for it. Then he had to use my pressure gauge, since his wasn't reading well, to actually adjust the pressure valve. All in all the call to fix the original
