First time using and was THOROUGHLY impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness. It was a costly repair but long overdue. Angela was wonderful to work with by phone. They had availability the next day and the two plumbers were excellent. As a former manager/coach of staff, I was particularly impressed with how Jeremy spoke to his apprentice (I’m guessing), John. So glad the heavens aligned to get this job done in a short time frame.

My wife and I had our water boiler system replaced and from the salesman to the crew they were very informative, considering, proactive and efficient about the job and the end product is amazing!!!! We love it! Thank you Tyler Gallagher and Bobby Muchata!

I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. Mike was wonderful, prompt, and professional. He changed our well tank and installed a water line for the refrigerator. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing purposes!

Paul the plumber installed a new heating and cooling system in my house. Everyone I interacted with in this company was very professional knowledgeable, neat, and on time, from beginning to end. Mark Pepin is amazing five minutes into meeting him I could tell he was an expert and was sold right away. Keith and his guys did an amazing job on the Installation they were so neat and clean throughout the whole construction time, I was amazed. I would recommend Paul The Plumber 100%.

Tyler and Bobby were great. Tyler took the time to explain what was happening instruct me in what I needed to know. I also was impressed with his knowledge as well as his attention to detail. I felt like in a lot of instances he would go the extra mile to take care of our heating installation in a way that we would really benefit from. It was a very large project we did a complete heat overhaul from oil to propane along with heat pump water heater exchange and other related work and it was completed on time to the specifications and just done overall in a great professional manner. Mike was very helpful, competent & friendly. I needed a new hot water heater and the work/pricing was fair and transparent start to finish. I will surely call PTP again for any plumbing needs.

We were grossly over charged and quoted. We have outside shower the tech was great, but he fixed 2 small pipes and we paid almost $400. Then he realized he need another piece of a pipe and the outside shower head. Quoted at $800. He said it was special order pipe and has copper and all this stuff. That was not true. I got another plumber to come and the part we needed was $65. And it took about an hour. Was only a few hundred and u guys wanted $800. Complete rip off

What a rip off company charging elderly people $89.00 dollars for a estimate and then trying to charge them $1000.00 to hook up a water softener that was already purchased with existing plumbing already in place. When I called and asked the hourly rate they said they don’t have one. They told my dads wife two hours to hook up the water softener equating to $500.00 dollars and hour!!!!!! Are you kidding me? Total rip of artists!!!!!!!

Pandora was amazing to help me get a plumber out ASAP for my house that was about to go on the market! Jamie came the next day to install some shower fixtures and was so friendly, helpful & efficient! I will definitely be calling Paul the Plumber for my future flips! So impressed!

Nothing but a positive experience. Jesse and Tyler have done a great job and we look forward to having city water tomorrow. On time, good quality work, explained what they were doing and why, cleaned up after themselves and most of all total pros. Worked very well with Joe and John from Simoneau Excavation. Jamie was very nice, polite and professional, as well as knowledgeable. He was very patient in listening to and answering all of my questions. So glad I called Paul the Plumber for an estimate. He returned today with a helper who's name I don't remember to do the work. They did an awesome job and in a very timely manner and clean up after job was done. I will absolutely recommend them both and Paul the Plumber!!!!
